Is Bankruptcy My Only Option?

30
Jun

Bankruptcy is NOT your only option. You can get your way out of anything. You just need to cut back on buying a lot of things, and only focus on your bills and of course nourishment for your body. Do it the old fashion way. Give yourself a budget for gas, food, going out, etc. And put the rest of it to pay what you owe. And eventually (meaning pending on how much you owe), you will pay it all off. Still be careful, but maybe you can have a larger budget to spend so you can do more things. Trust me, it works EVERY TIME, I promise.

Getting a Bankruptcy Lawyer

I think getting a Bankruptcy Lawyer is a good idea for people who want to throw in the towel.
I don’t think its a good idea for people who still have a chance to get their lives together.
Also if you are already so far in debt, when the lawyer is done helping you file for bankruptcy, you still have to play the lawyer.
Then you have more debt on your hands.
In my eyes its not a realistic decision.

Should I Declare Bankruptcy

would be wise to declare bankruptcy when you are in dire straights. Owing money or having a large amount of debt is not reason enough to declare bankruptcy. If you no longer have steady income or none at all, you are working and making less than you need to get by and do not own a home or a car it may be time to consider filing for bankruptcy. Also, going into business can sometimes cause your earnings to be attached and if the business is in trouble you can be also. When you file for bankruptcy previous creditors can no longer collect and although you may feel the burden lifted it will also take time to rebuild and can sometimes be a long and arduous process.

Should I Declare Bankruptcy

I should not declare bankruptcy because it will mean years of struggle to regain a sound financial foothold. Although that foothold is very precarious at the moment, I strongly believe that other remedies must be tried first. Debt consolidation firms offer counseling services and management strategies that can provide effective, immediate, and long-term relief. Bankruptcy is not an easy way to get out from under a pile of debt. The repercussions are harsh and enduring and it should only be responsibly and seriously considered as a solution after all else fails.

Hiring a Bankruptcy Attorney

Hiring a bankruptcy attorney seems more logical than ever given the current environment. With the state of the economy regarding inflation, food rates, the rising price of oil and the plummeting housing market, bankruptcy seems a more and more likely alternative for many individuals. With that said, bankruptcy should be an objective undertaken with great care. New Bankruptcy laws make the journey toward financial relief a much more perilous alternative. Hiring a bankruptcy attorney should be the first objective on the list of anyone who intends to undergo this process with confidence.
